Collect Winnings

The Collect Winnings panel is accessible via the Prizes panel. Use the Collect Winnings panel to distribute your prize winnings to the members of your nation, or to use them to purchase game credits.

Converting Winnings Into Game Credits

If your nation has any winnings at all, you have the option to convert these winnings back into game credits for your nation. You can do this by pressing the "Receive <number of credits>" button. Each time you press this button, one dollar of your winnings will be converted into 150 credits - that's 50% more credits than the same amount of money would purchase normally. For each dollar of winnings used to purchase credits your nation will also receive 3 free rebirth points. For example, with 5 clicks, $5.00 worth of winnings would be converted into 750 credits and 15 rebirth points, as opposed to the 500 credits that $5.00 would buy normally. Distributing Winnings

If your nation's current prize winnings comprise at least ten dollars, you have the option to distribute the winnings among yourself and any other members of your nation. The prize money will be distributed equally among all of the members of your nation, and a 30 cent PayPal handling fee will be charged from each member's portion of the prize. For example, if a $100 prize is distributed among a nation with four members, each member would receive $24.70.

Prizes are distributed via PayPal, to the e-mail addresses associated with each member's account information. It is therefore very important that each member be sure their e-mail address is entered correctly before a prize is distributed (to learn how to change your user e-mail address, see the section on modifying user account information). Within 3 to 5 days of distribution, each member should have received an e-mail from PayPal alerting them that the money has been transferred to their account.
