Request account deletion

To request deletion of a Defend & Conquer account and associated personal information, email contact@defendandconquer.co.uk from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Defend & Conquer Account Deletion and include your username. Do not send your password.

If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in the message so we can discuss an alternative identity check.

What happens next

We will verify the request, explain the account and gameplay data affected, and confirm the deletion process and any information that must legally or legitimately be retained (for example, transaction, fraud-prevention or dispute records). The current website does not represent this email process as an automated in-game deletion feature.
