Agreement and eligibility
These Terms apply to the Defend & Conquer website and Windows, Android and iOS games. By using the service you agree to these Terms and applicable published game rules. The intended app-store audience is adults aged 18 and over. Access to prize features may be restricted by location, age, identity and applicable law.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials and do not impersonate others. Account, device and session limits and anti-abuse controls may be applied. Do not bypass bans or security controls. We may suspend access to protect users, the service or compliance obligations.
Game rules and fair play
Gameplay includes persistent territory, nations, alliances, combat, research, resources, orbs and other progression systems. Outcomes, entitlements and game balances are determined by authoritative server records. Cheating, automation that is not expressly permitted, exploits, harassment, fraudulent transfers and manipulation of prizes or markets are prohibited. Features and balance rules may change, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Community and moderation
Players are responsible for their messages and other submitted content. Threats, hateful conduct, abuse, impersonation, unlawful content and spam are prohibited. Communications may be moderated and relevant logs reviewed for safety and enforcement. Reports can be sent through available game channels or to support.
Digital credits, purchases and subscriptions
The game may offer purchased credits, free credits, advances and subscriptions. Prices and included benefits should be displayed before purchase. Digital balances are not bank deposits or transferable cash unless a specific published feature expressly says otherwise. Platform purchases may be subject to Google Play or Apple purchase terms and billing rules. Statutory consumer rights and applicable refund rights are not excluded. Cancellation stops future subscription renewal where supported but does not necessarily remove an already-paid active period.
Advertising and optional rewards
Where available, rewarded advertisements are optional. Rewards are granted only when the service validates a qualifying completed ad event. Ads may fail to load, and available ad inventory may vary by device and region. We do not guarantee a particular number of ad opportunities or rewards.
Real-money orb prizes and payout eligibility
Some game modes may offer real-money winnings linked to control of prize orbs under published rules. Availability is subject to jurisdiction, app-store rules, eligibility and verification. A free route to play does not automatically establish legality in every location. Prize amounts, allocation, holding requirements, claim deadlines, payout method, fraud review and dispute process must be clearly published in separate official prize rules before any cash-prize programme is offered through a store-distributed app. We may withhold a disputed claim pending a reasonable investigation, subject to law. Do not rely on an expected payout until eligibility and a claim have been confirmed.
Availability and service changes
The service requires a network connection. Downtime, maintenance, compatibility changes and resets may occur. We will use reasonable care in providing the service and will not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service or request account deletion via Delete Account. We may restrict or terminate accounts for material violations, subject to applicable law and fair review. Account closure may affect access to nations, purchased entitlements and gameplay progress; any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
